Every Moose & Friends item is embroidered and made to order just for you, so please allow a little time for us to create it before it ships.

Processing time
Because each item is made to order, orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce before shipping. During busy periods (like holidays or new drops), production may take slightly longer.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Delays
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other events outside our control once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so make sure it's correct before you order!
